JOYRIDERS FINED
FOR THEFT OF BENZINE

WHAKATANE, This Day. Four young half-castes were charged with tho theft of benzine, with which they went joyriding to Rotorua and back. Two were fined £lO each and the others were remanded. The latter were fined a fortnight ago for theft of benzine from farmers’ milk stands.
