A, (!. Ileatson. An apology for absence was received from Air \\ . A. Ryder. Air ,\. G. Beatsou, delegate from the newly-formed Xgutimoli branch, was welcomed by the President. The President, reported licit mis! branches hail forwarded fixed dates for meetings, and that the matter of having these published would be attended to. The President regretted that lie had been unable to attend ihe Dominion Conference, but had sent-Air (). C. Wilkinson in his stead. Owing to pressure of work lie doubted if he could attend all De-million Executive meetings. Air North, delegate, to Dominion Con ferunce, stated that the Dominion President, Air Poison, had discussed this matter with him. Air Poison said that lie thought it necessary that all provinces should he represented at Dominion Executive meetings, and that if Air Fargher was unable to attend, he advised that a deputy be sent so that. Nelson could keep in touch witli the work being done,. If was resolved (.Messrs Fargher and Forsyth) that the vice-president, Air A. E. Alax, be appointed to attend Dr-min ion Executive meetings should the president he unable to do so. A letter was received from the Dominion Secretary re Rural ('redits Com - mission's report, stating (hat Ihe Dominion Executive was dissatisfied with the way the report was received by (lie Government Committee, and also ioimplaining that Mr Poison had not been asked to give evidence when tlie Committee was considering the report. It was resolved (Messrs Forsyth and KiiizcU) that this executive protests against tlie present Rural Creel its Bill and urges that the Bill be refrained in accordance, with the Commission’s report.
