BACK FROM THE DEEP
GERMAN BATTLE-CRUISER RAISED AT SCAPA FLOW LONDON, Aug. 21 The Red Ensign floats over the German battle-cruiser Ilindenburg, whose upper after-deck lias now been raised above the surface, of Seapa Flow, revealing the four aft 12in. guns wreathed in dripping sea-weed. The complete refloating of tiic vessel is expected to tako place to-day.
