ARRESTED AND SHOT
A CHINESE EDITOR (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Reuter’s Telegrams) PEKIN, Aug. 0. The editor of the Chinese newspaper Shih Hui Yih Pao was arrested by gendarmerie and shot at 5 o’clock tho following morning. The, execution was due to his having written something derogatory to the Shantung governor, Chang Sung Chang.
