WOOL PRODUCTION
IN NEW SOUTH WALES (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) j (Rec. August 7, 9.15 a.m.j ' SYDNEY", Tills Day. The Aoting‘Government .Statistician issued ft preliminary estimate showing that the wool production of New South Wales for the year ended 30th June last amounted to 401,800,000 lbs., greasy being 327,000,000 lbs. greater than in the previous year. This year’s production is valued at £27,000,000 which owing to the drop in prices is £lO,500,000 less than the previous year.
