FLIGHT TO AUSTRALIA
COBHAM AT RANGOON (By Electric Telegraph—Oopy-ignt, (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) (Rec. July 27, 11.15 a.m.) ‘RANGOON, July 26. C’obham, in an interview, said he was convinced that the maintenance of a regular London-Rangoon air service was practicable. The only real difficulty was cyclones, of which ample warning could be made available, thus making them avoidable. He is not going too fast as he is surveying and wanted to reserve energy for the return flight.
