ON JAPANESE COAST (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright) (Australian & N.Z Cable Association.) TOKIO, July 20. Dense fog is reported to be responsible for two wrecks. The American freighter West Kara lon st ruck a reef off Osliima shortly after leaving Yokohama for Kobe while the Hakulio Muni went aground off' Moso Peninsular near the entrance of Tokio Bay. The Hakulio Mani was hound from America to Yokohama with a cargo of lumber.
