MELBOURNE, This Day In the House of Representatives Mr i Bruce announced the terms of Reference' of the enquiry to be conducted by Sir Arthur Robinson into the operations of the British phosphato commission. Mr .Robinsori| will be asked to report upon the alleged inharmonious, relations between Australian phosphate commissioned and British and New Zealand phosphate commissioners and between the Australian, commissioner and the executive and staff of the commission; also to enquire into the extent such rela-. tions affected the interests of commission in general and Australian interests in particular and tlie extent to which they contributed .towards the decision of the commissioners/ to. transfer the head office of the commission from Australia to New Zealand and report how far';the investigations of the Royal Commission support the contention of the British"..; Government that harmony between the commissioners cannot be established qC*< long }as the -present Australian commissioner remains in office.
