MELBOURNE, This Day The Australian delegation to the League of Nations Assembly at Geneva will be: Mr Latham, Federal Attorney General, who leads the. delegation; Sir James Cook, High Commissioner; and Mr Manning, a member of the House of Representatives; and Sir Arthus Rickard. A woman delegate also will bo chosen. Mr Latham afterwards joins Mr Bruce in London. He will if necessary act as second representative to the Imperial Conference.
