EMBARGO TO BE LIFTED . (United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 17.. Following upon the notice recently given of the Government's intention to modify as from August next the regulations relating to the importation of seeds of flowers, vegetables, grasses, etc., from the United States of America, the Minister of Agriculture now announces that, 'provided no further outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease occurs, the Government proposes, at the expiration of three months from date, to remove the embargo now operating asainst the importation of fruit, vegetables, grain, etc., from the States of California and Texas.
