OFFENDERS FINED £lO (United Press Association., WELLINGTON, This Day. Two motor 'drivers, Chas. Lamb and, Robert Wilkinson, were fined £lO each p id costs, or 21 days, for taking a car 0.1 the street and driving it about. The constable, who was on the lookout for the car, saw. them and followed in a taxi till he was able to arrest them.
