SHIPMENTS OF MEAT FROM SOUTH AMERICA The New Zealand Meat Producers Board has received a cable from its representative at Buenos Aires, South America, advising the following shipments to the United Kingdom for the fortnight ended 10th June 1926 from Argentine and Uruguay:—l2s,lß2. quarters chilled beef; 2,941 quarters frozen beef; 12,276 carcases frozen mutton; 35,259 carcases frozen lamh. The quantity shipped to the- Continent of Europe during the same period totalled: 2,200 quarters chilled beef; 93,463 quarters frozen beef; 2,425 carcases frozen mutton.
