AUCKLAND, This Day
At (lie. Police Court John Thomas Newberry, a, trimmer' on the Port Melbourne. charged with theft of cutlery from the cargo, was sentenced to one month’s gaol and to< lie returned to the ship when she sails from Ne\y Zealand.
