Mr Duncan was chosen foreman. There was only one criminal case on the calendar—that of the case of a man charged with indecent exposure ' n three different occasions. His Honour briefly reviewed the facts of the ease and the Crand Jury retired. After a brief retirement a true bill was returned against Fdward Scott, charged with, on or about 30lh April, 20th August, and 20th October of last year, with indecent exposure. Accused, who was represented by Mr W. V. Lout (assigned by the Crown), pleaded not guilty to all three charges. Mr C. 11, Fell appeared for the Crown. The fol lew ing jury was empanelled: A. O. Griffin, A. Newport. J. IT. Lucre A. Robinson. W. J. McAlhim W. Chisuall. K. Atkinson. P. R, Hall, J. Garvin. H. S. Cruiekshanks. A. F. Cox, A. Taylor. Mr llobinsm was chosen foreman The Crown ordered three jurymen to stand aside : and counsel for accused exercised his right in respect of four. On the application of the Crown Prosecutor, his Honour directed the public to leave the Court during the hearing of ihe charges . Evidence was not concluded wh.en we went to press.
