Cable Association) SAN EHANCiSCO, Jan. 22 Two ispecial officers employed as watchmen decided lo settle an argument with guns. They stood almost toe to toe and whipped out their guns, exchanging shots, with the result that Special Policeman Grant was instantly killed. The other officer was seriously wounded.
