TRAFFIC LAW BREACH
CHURCHILL THE OFFENDER POLICEMAN TAKES HIS NAME LONDON, Jan. 13. Mr Winston Churchill, Chancellor of the. Exchequer, while he was motoring to Downing Street, forgot the new traffic regulations and took a wrong turning into Parliament Street. A policeman stopped the Minister and took his name and address.
