The Army Council has sent a circular to all officers commanding at Home and abroad attaching a copy of the Communist leaflet, which has been distributed among the troops throughout Britain. The Council characterises the. circular as an insult In the moral character, loyalty, and intelligence ef 1 lie Army, and requests that the letter be communicated to all troops.
