FASCIST ANNIVERSARY (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright, (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association) ROME, Oct. 28. The third anniversary of the Fascist march on Rome was celebrated at Milan by a grand review of 20,000 black shirts armed with machine guns in the presence of 100.000 people. Signor Mussolini, on horseback wearing the uniform of a corporal of militia, took the salute. The 20,000 .militia were harangued by Signor Mussolini, who claimed that Fascism was the triumphant party and it now numbered 3,000,000. Its ideals were deep-rooted in the hearts of the people.
