'The Council of the League received telegrams from Athens explaining that the hitch in the Greek evacuation of Bulgaria occurred owing to the Bulgarians following too closely upon the Greeks’ rear, as the result of which shots were exchanged, hut the incident was not serious and evacuation would be carried out according to schedule.
