PROHIBITION MEETINGS

Meetings in connection with the prohibition campaign will be hold this evening in the Brightwater Public Hall when Revs. H. L. Richards. F. C. Every and J. A. Rogers will speak.

To-morrow Miss Atkinson and Rev. TT. L. Blamires will speak tit Tasman Church hall; also to-morrow Messrs J. Russell and G. T. Fitzgerald will speak at Wakefield. On Friday Mr R. Watson and Rev .1. Laird will speak in Upper Mont ere Pahlie Hall and on Friday also Major Sansoin and Mrs R. Watson will speak at Appleby.

There will also be a meeting at Hope on Friday in the public school. Concert parties will render musical and elocutionary items at these meetings. Admission Is free, but collections are received.
