A strange romance is woven with the visit of Senorita Gretta Lopez, who is coining to Europe to provide blood transfusion fur ex-Empress Charlotte, of Mexico, who is insane and is living near Brussels under the care of the Belgian Government. Senorita Gretta is the grand daughter of the Mexican Republican leader, who forced the Empress to witness Maximillian s execution. Gretta learned that blood transfusion would piolong the life of tho Empress, wlm is now 85 and she made the offer because she is desirous of redressing the wrong done by her grandfather. The. Belgian Government accepted the offer. Gretta is coining to Europe at her own expense.
