TO CONTINUE (Bv Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Published in The Times.) LONDON, July 19. Tlie Times Madrid correspondent denies that tlie Directory contemplates ail October election. An official note says that- two years is only an instant in a nation’s life and such a short period has not been long enough for the Directory to complete reforms. Anyhow, until the Moroccan problem is solved there can be no return to constitutional government.
