Dosser, the alleged Soviet agitator, was ordered to be expelled from international settlement as an undesirable. Stay of execution for a. fortnight was granted. TOKIO, July 18.
The Washington Note on a tariff conference and nil extra-territoriality commission, which has just been received, shows that Japan's and America’s views in connection with China are fully in accord, as both 'endorse the Washington agreements after further examination a favourable reply will he sent shortly.
