Ihe Morning Post editorially urges a scheme of inter-imperial immigration upon a large scale. The Post says: Ihe people of Australia, have created a vacuum and called it “White Australia.’' Britain ran fill that vacuum with the best settlers in the world and thus save, both herselt and Australia. But it is not done. It is hardly even attempted. Ihe requisite funds could be supplied by Imperial loan. Railway engineers and workmen should first be despatched, thru settlers followed by wives and eh iidren.
