ON NON-EMPIRE GOODS. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Reuter's Telegrams.) LONDON, July 14. In the House of Commons, questioned as to the possibility of compelling advertisers and retailers to put a prominent label on non-Empire goods, Sir P. Cunliffe-Lister said it- was impossible topass legislation during the present session, but the question was being carefully considered.
