ORDERED HER OWN COFFIN
ißy Electnc ’’’elegraph.—Copyright (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) PARIS, June 14. Mary Crompton, aged 36 an American, who suffered from neurasthenia, last' week ordered her own coffin. Last night . after driving in a taxi-cab for several hours, she ordered the driver to go to the Bois <le Boulogne. The chauffer there heard shots, and found tlie woman dead. She had shot herself in the breast several times, A letter in her pocket asked her relatives in Chicago to pay for the funeral, and giving an undertaker’s address.
