A CENSURE MOTION (B* Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.' (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) MELBOURNE. June 12. In the Federal House of Representatives Mr Charlton launched a Labour attack on the Government with a motion tnat the Government was deserving of the severest censure for a flagrant breach of faith in failing to honour a definite promise by the Prime Minister that he would consult the House before determining where the second cruiser should he built, and for Iho anti-Australian action in sending millions sterling out of the country for tin- c< nstruction of both cruisers abroad. Following on Mr Charlton's censure motion the House of Representatives adjourned till Wednesday next.
