HAMILTON, This Day At the Supreme Court Charles Tuhi, a native, for stealing a horse, was sentenced to reformative detention for 12 months: Reginald Sumner, breaking and entering and theft, probation for two years; Joseph Wilson, breaking and entering and theft, two years reformative detention ; James Thomas charged with fraud by means of a cheque, was found not. guilty. Pat Clancy was charged with mealing a watch and chain from a sleeping passenger at Frankton railway station. The jury failed to agree and a new trial was ordered.
