A 7 TO 9 TELEPHONE SERVICE j\h- .At more to-day received a reply to a telegram sent- yesterday t n the Secretary of the Post Office (Mr Markman) asking when the extended hours 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. could he instituted, at the Brightwatcr telephone exchange, seeing that there -were now 67 subscribers. The reply is that the. extension of hours 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. will be brought in as soon as the necessary arrangements can be-made.
