To mark the high esteem in which lie. is held .a presentation i; to he made to Air A. E. Hargreaves’ to-morrow evening. prior to bis departure for Wellington. During hin service in the Railway Department at- Nelson, Mr Hargreaves has been always regarded as a very capable and obliging official, while his services as secretary of the Nelson Cricket Association .during recent eventful times, have been of great service to the game. If was felt lie could not be allowed to depart without some public expression of appreuiation and a presentation has been arranged to take place in Opie’s rooms, to-morrow evening. Air C. IL Broad. President of the Nelson Cricket Association, will preside.
