LONDON, Dec. 29. None ol the Dominions has officially replied to the British cablegram in reference to the protocol, but press telegrams from Australia, Canada,,; and South Africa indicate‘that they are unable to attend in London in March, owing to local Parliamentary conditions. The Colonial Office points out that while Britain still prefers a personal conference to cable consultation the matter is entirely, one for the doormens to decide. Britain did. not propose a conference—it merely sought the dominions* opinions regarding such a •meeting.
