DELHI, Dec. 30.

A strange disease which turns bodies yellow lias broken out. in the Herat area on the Perso-Afghan frontier, where the greatest panic prevails. Two hundred people died in ten days. Local doctors are mystified, and medical aid is being rushed from India.
