Eggs tinner; vegetables low. Current prices are as follows; Stunners 14s to 16s; Doughertys 16s to 10s; new season’s -cooking aples 10s 6d. to 12s; Lemons 14s to 16s, all bushel cases. Wright’s early 6s to 8s; cherry 4s 6d to 6s j Evan’s Early 6s 6d to 9s; Sneeds 5s 6d to 7s; Briggs Red May 7s to 9s 6d; Saunders 6s 6d to" 8s 6d; Triumphs 5s to 7s; Apricots, choice 12s to Lss; others 7s to Bs. Tomatoes, ripe Is 3d to Is 6d ; coloured lid to Is 2d; firm 18s to 19s per case; green outside 6s to 8s all half cases. Eggs Is lOd to 2s per dozen. Walnuts 10c! to lid per lb; farmers butter Is 3d; cabbage 2s to 3s; cauliflower 12s to 14s per sack; peas, local 6s to 8s; new potatoes, local 10s to 12s per cwt.
