Gooseberries and new potatoes firmer to-day, also ripe tomatoes. Cauliflower easier, also eggs. Current, prices are as follows: —Delicious 14s to 16s; Stunners 15s to 17s 6d; Doughertys 14s co 16s; American Jonathans 21s; cauliflowers 12s to 14? ; cabbage Is 6d to 52s 6d ; lettuce 2s 6d to 3s; new potatoes li,d to 1-|d per lb; green peas, Nelson Is 6d to Is 9d; local 2s to 2s 6d per peck; lemons 12s to 15s bushel case; gooseberries 4.1 d to scl per lb; strawberries Is Id to Is 2d punnet; 6s to Is bucket; Nelson tomatoes, coloured Is to Is 2d; ripe Is 5d to Is 6d lb; new laid eggs Is 5d to Is 6d dozenfarmers' grade butter Is 3d to Ip 5d lb; walnuts i'Od lb; Canadian onions 37s 6d per 10U lb crate.
