CHARLTON’S INDISPOSITION NOT
SERIOUS

LONDON, August 1. Charlton underwent examination, by a Harley Street specialist, who announced that his heart- was not affected, but quite strong. The trouble was transitory. the result- of errors in diet. Mr Merrctt has decided not to permit Charlton to make a- competitive appearance, hut will not ban exhibitions.
