WEDDING FATALITY
DIXON STREET INCIDENT

The inquest in connection with tho Dixon Street totality- was unexpectedly opened before the duo date to hear the evidence of Vivian Perkins, of Vlorronsx illo. brother of the bride. He was sitting on the fatal car with the drivel. When the car jumped forward the latter tried to apply the hand brakes, but. they failed. He then used the foot brake with effect. Witness said lie knew nothing about- cars, but. his impression was that the driver knew his business and did his best. He was quite sober.
