MISSING GUNS

WELLINGTON, This Day. A Wellington hardware firm received a consignment of sporting guns from England in the Port Curtis, which only loaded at Hull and London. On opening the case it was found that twelve out of seventeen guns had gone,‘granite seta used for roadmaking being substituted. The guns were made in Belgium. -y The pillaging was evidently clone at .Antwerp wharf. The case showed no sign that it had been tampered with.
