Mrs W. Hutchens, of Wanganui, had an unpleasant experience on Friday afternoon, when she was knocked clow n by a bolting horse as she was crossing the intersection of Guyton and ChurUm streets. She received a severe blow oil tho sido of the head, a cut on the chin, a badly bruised eyo and back, and shock-to the system, lmt fortunately no bones were broken.
