PEKIN, July 14. The siege of Kweilin has been raised. All the missionaries are safe. Kweilin has been closely invested since the middle of April and constantly shelled and assaulted The tight was nominally between the forces of Sun Yat Sen and \Vu Pei Eu, but mainly a personal quarrel. the antagonists being ex-bandist lenders formerly friends.
