ATTEND

WASHINGTON, June 25,
Ambassador Kellogg has been instructed to attend the Premiers Conference. White House, in a statement, said Air Kellogg would attend for tho purposes of dealing with such matters as'affected the interest of the United States, and otherwise for the purposes of information. Tt asserted that it was tho desire of the Administration that the Dawes plan be put into effect ns speedily as possible.
