BERLIN, June 24. It is understood that a personal message from Mr MacDonald and M. Herriot communicated to Chancellor Marx points out that disquieting reports reach the British and French governments of increasing activities of the nationalist militarist associations _ and urges the German Government, in its own interest, ..to facilitate such examination as will dispel suspicion.
