LONDON, June 23
It is understood that Admii-al Sir Charles Edward Madden, formerly se-cond-in-command of the Grand Fleet (1917), Conimander-in-Chief of the Atlantic Fleet (1919-1922), and now First and Principal Naval A.D.C. to the King, is mentioned for the Governor-General-ship of New Zealand.
