The Government replied to the Japanese Note containing; objections so certain points involved in the agreement. The roply points out that the agreement adjusts matters regarding which China and Russia alono have rights and interests. The Chinese Government, therefore cannot accept the reservations suggested in the Japanese Note. Almost similarly worded notes were sent to the French and American Legations replying to their Notes, which reminded China of "her obligations regarding the Chinese Eastern railway.
