(United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day At the Supreme Court Arthur Henry Archer was found not. guilty on a charge of carnal knowledge of a girl under 16. The accused was under the age of 21 and set up the defence that lie had reasonable cause to believe the girl was over 16.
