LONDON, Nov. 8
Last year Newport Rugby Club, as a mark of the team’s invincible record, inado gifts to players, with tho Welsh Rugby Union’s consent. The Scottish Rugby Union has now created a football sensation bv informing Neil Macpherson, ex-captain of the Newport Club, that unless he returns the gifts lie may not be > considered again in Scotland, for which he has played six times.
