The indications are for northerly winds strohg to gale and backing by west to south, after- about 20 hours. The weather will be cloudy to overcast, heavy rain probable an dsnow on bight, country. Rivers rising. The barometer has a falling tendency, but rising after about 24 hours and then the weather will probably become colder. Seas heavy. Tides good. i
