LITTLE ENTENTE AND HUNGARY

Czechoslovakian miriistbrs visited the Foreign Minister and informed him of. the strained relations between Czechoslovakia and* Hungary over a frontier incident wherein the Czech frontier guard was massacred. The Czech Government decided. to expel sixty Hungarian subjects residing in Czechoslovakia and from April 24th to close the frontier" to all traffic W’ith Hungary. ■Nintchitch promised common action on the part of the Little Entente. VIENNA, April 25. Apponyi addressed an interpellation to tlie Foreign Minister, remarking that the Little Entente was endeavouring to pick a quarrel and was also resorting to measures in opposition to the League of Nations Pact, without first seeking arbitration. The Foreign Minister’s reply said Hungary offered to submit the incident to a mixed international commission.
