MOTOR FATALITY
WIFE KILLED AND HUSBAND {SERIOUSLY INJURED , (United Press Association). • NAPIER, This Day. A motor car accident 14 miles from Napier on the Taupe* Road at 7 o'clock on Friday morning resulted in the death <>f Mrs R. C. Magill and in severe injuries to her husband. A party consisting of Mr and Mrs Magill and two children, Miss Duley, and Mr V. D. Boyce, a mechanic from the firm from which the car was recently purchase'!, left Napier for Taupo. Magill was drying, and at the foot of a hill and wh<n taking, a,sharp tend he failed to tuin the car sufficiently. When the bv.ite -was applied the rear wheels ski'l'Ud and the car toppled over a Dank 12 to 520 feet high. Boyce was dazecl Slid Miss Duley and the children escaped •with shock and bruises. A doctor went out and found Mrs Magill dead. Magill 's suffering from concussion and tv condition is very serious.
