ANSWER TO TURKS’ COUNTER PROPOSALS

LONDON, Marti 27 The Daily Express .understands the Allied experts agreed upon an answer, i-' the Tui'kish counter-proposals. The report recoinnjtfnds concessions on the economic and financial issues, hut no political concessions. A new conference will probably be held in Constantinople after Easter.
GREEK INSTRUCTIONS ATHENS, March 27. The Government instructed M. Venizelos in the event of Turkey claiming an indemnity to present a counter-claim for millions sterling reparations for Greek damages during the Great War.
