’The National Assembly elected v\ojoichewski President of the Republic by 1298 votes against 227 cast for Mprawski, the candidate of the Right. VVojoichewaki belongs to the parly led by Witos, and was a member of Paderewski’s Cabinet. Momwski is a professor in the, Cracow University.
